Automatic Manifolds

Automatic Manifolds provide a continuous supply of gas from two banks of cylinders by automatically changing to the standby bank when the duty bank has become depleted.

Manifolds are available for Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, 50% O2/50% N2O mixture and Medical Compressed Air.

These kits comprise an automatic changeover panel with alarm & status monitoring, an isolation & relief valve assy, non-return valve, two manifold headers, two cylinder racks and tailpipes with gas specific cylinder connectors.

Manual Manifolds

Emergency Standby Manifolds

An ESM is for use with a manifold installation to provide a back-up supply whilst maintenance is being carried out to, or failure of, the main supply manifold.

These kits comprise a high pressure regulator, an isolation & relief valve assy, non-return valve, a cylinder rack and a manifold header with gas specific tailpipes.

VIE Control Panels

VIE Control Panels are used to regulate the pipeline supply from a bulk liquid supply VIE and the Standby Manifold backing up the VIE.

These kits comprise duplex or triplex regulators with pressure gauges, isolation valves, pressure switches, pressure relief valves, non-return valve, alarm connection box and copper stub pipes mounted in a lockable enclosure.

A Plant to Alarm Interface Unit is available for monitoring the alarm status of the VIE system.

Pressure Reducing Sets

A Pressure Reducing Set is designed to regulate the primary distribution pressure to a lower pressure, for example, from a 7 bar Medical Air Plant to provide a 4 bar Medical Air system.

These kits comprise simplex or duplex regulators with pressure gauges, isolation valves, pressure relief valve and copper stub pipes mounted on a backplate.
