Terminal Units

P3 Terminal Units have been designed to the latest British Standards and are available in a wide range of formats for wall mounting (flush & surface), bedhead mounting and pendant mounting.

Terminal Units are available for Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, 50% Oxygen/50% Nitrous Oxide mixture, Medical Air, Surgical Air, Medical Vacuum and AGSS. Other gases available on request.

Designed to comply with HTM 02, HTM 2022, C11, BS EN 737-1, BS 5682 & BS 6834.

AVSUs

Area Valve Service Units (AVSUs) are designed to isolate a gas supply in the event of an emergency or during installation and maintenance. P3 AVSUs are available with a breakable window or with an emergency access mechanism and can be fitted with pressure switches for area alarm monitoring.

AVSUs are available in two standard sizes (22m & 28mm) for Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, 50% Oxygen/50% Nitrous Oxide mixture, Medical Air, Surgical Air and Medical Vacuum. Other gases and sizes are available on request.

Designed to comply with HTM 02, HTM 2022, C11, BS EN 737-3 and BS EN 739.

Alarms

Medical Gas Alarms are used to monitor the status of supply systems and the distribution pipeline pressures. The alarm panels are available for flush or surface mounting.

The Plant Alarm system is used to monitor the status of the primary supply manifolds, plants and/or bulk liquid supplies, warning the hospital engineering staff that changes in the status of these systems have occurred and may require action to be taken.

The Area Alarm system is used to monitor pipeline pressures within the various wards, departments, etc. Pressure Sensors monitor the pipeline pressure to warn the clinical staff that changes in the status of the systems have occurred that may require action.

Isolation Valves

P3 manufacture a wide range of Lockable Line Valves, NIST Lockable Line Valves and Non-return Valves for medical, laboratory and industrial gas systems. All valves include copper stub pipes for fluxless brazing installation.

The standard range is suitable for 15mm up to 108mm. Other sizes are available on request.

Designed to comply with HTM 02, HTM 2022, C11 and BS EN 737-3.

Pipeline Equipment

A wide range of pipeline accessories are available that are essential for medical and laboratory gas systems including Pipeline Pressure Switch Assys, 1st Fix NIST Connectors, Twin NIST Manifolds, Medical Gas Hose Assys, laboratory style Stub Pipes and AGSS Remote Switches for use with a P3 AGSS Plant.

Plant

P3 manufacture a wide range of standard Medical Air Plants, Medical Vacuum Plants and Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System (AGSS) Plants.

Pendants

Ceiling mounted pendants are available to supply medical gases and electrical services to the patient site leaving the surrounding area free from hazardous trailing cables and hoses.

Flexible Pendants are a cost effective method of providing medical gases only.

Retractable Pendants comprise a height adjustable column. Rigid Pendants comprise a fixed column. Both incorporate medical gases, electrical outlets and can include other services such as data outlets, equi-potential earth sockets, etc as required.

Designed to comply with HTM 02, HTM 2022, C11 and BS EN 11197.

AVSU Modules

AVSU Modules are wall mounted units that may include a maximium of five AVSUs, Pressure Sensors and an Area Alarm Panel. The units are available pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested anabling fast on-site installation.

Suitable for either semi-flush mounting or surface mounting.

Designed to comply with HTM 02, HTM 2022, C11 and BS EN 737-3.

Manifolds

P3 offer a range of cylinder supply systems including Automatic changeover Manifolds, Manual changeover Manifolds and Emergency Standby Manifolds.

Also available to compliment primary supply systems are VIE Control Panels and Pressure Reducing Sets.
